On health & wellness
What is something you changed in your life, to change your life for the better? I started to challenge the limited beliefs I had surrounding my potential and what I could achieve. I listen to activations on the Activations app to help with this and it has changed my perspective on everything and made everything less heavy.
What advice, inspiration, or motivation can you share to encourage someone to take care of their body, mind, or soul? Try not to let what other people have said about you imprint on who you believe yourself to be. The mind is the greatest tool in determining who we become and where we end up so I think ensuring that you train it to work FOR you instead of AGAINST you will change everything.
What is your favorite health or wellness product? I love the FORM app by Sami Clarke for working out. It is the first app I have used that truly makes me feel challenged in a way that I want to get back up again and go harder next time!
On business
Tell us about your business or role. I currently work for myself as a content creator and the founder of the substack Moresque.
Were you always interested in it or did you fall into it? I have always dreamed of creating a community of likeminded people since I fell in love with YouTube at 12. This is the first year that I am betting on myself and truly going for it.
What is your favorite part of your work? I enjoy connecting with people that I wouldn't have ordinarily met in real life through our shared interests. Social media has a lot of flaws but its ability to bring people together is one of my favourite aspects of being on the internet and I am excited to continue to expand this and meet more people.
What advice would you give someone who is looking to get into the same industry? I would say that believing in yourself is the key to shifting the perspective on any struggles that come with building an audience on the internet. It helps you to find the motivation to try again and not get discouraged by perceived slow growth or inactivity. It is all worth it if you truly believe you can achieve your goals!
The full list of favorable mentions are linked below with a brief description.

What do you never leave the house without? My Saie lip liner and l'occitane hand cream.
